Mechanics

A dream-world / Dreamscape world boss in Qinghe - activated by touching the sword next to the tree near the burned building at Blissful Retreat, transporting the player to Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat for the encounter. The fight is unique among world bosses in that it does NOT unlock a practice version after first clear - single-encounter, no retry without re-touching the sword.Combat is parry-school standard - focus on parrying his red-glint attacks to trigger counter-attacks and build Qi damage. His moveset is the same sword-style the player saw him fight with during Chapter 1's allied phase, now turned against the player.

Heavy parry play - Yi Dao's red-glint windows are clean and the fight is more memory-test than mechanical-puzzle (his moveset is familiar). Stock heals heavily because the no-retry framing makes fight-resets expensive.Common mistakes: treating it as a standard repeatable world boss (it isn't - no practice version, one shot per sword-touch), and assuming his moveset is identical to Chapter 1 ally Yi Dao (it's recognisable but escalated in damage/speed).
