Synopsis

Beneath Moonveil Mountain lies a flooded shrine dedicated to the Lunar Goddess Li Zhenzhen. An old caretaker named Uncle Tian tends the sacred space and guards a profound truth: the goddess herself was blind, yet 'saw' through sound and intuition. A bell puzzle blocks entry to the inner sanctum-one designed to teach, not merely test. The visible bell sequence can be seen and copied, but the door remains sealed. Only by standing upon Moonlit Flowers and voluntarily surrendering sight does the true pattern-audible only in darkness-emerge. Solving it by sound alone, the player learns the Blinding Mist technique, the goddess's final gift: to shroud enemies in clouds that obscure their vision, reversing the lesson of enlightenment through blindness.

Elegant sensory-based environmental puzzle. Initial attempt will fail if relying on sight alone (copied order vs. audible order mismatch). Solution requires player to accept temporary UI/vision loss. Mystic skill unlocked: Blinding Mist (creates fog that obscures enemy vision, opening offensive windows). One of the most mechanically innovative Qinghe quests, teaching through gameplay metaphor.
