The Roaring Sands campaign whose completion spawns Feng Ruzhi at Verdant Hill Village. The arc reshapes the sub-area: a desert section of Kaifeng's outer ring becomes hostile, and Feng Ruzhi - a Pavilion warlord - sets up a permanent encounter point that the player can revisit.
