Grandpa Zhou is the elderly tea-stall keeper of Qinghe - encountered weeping at his stall over a lost bag. He is the trigger NPC for one of the earliest wandering tales of the region, and his function in the game's structure is as the on-ramp to the Qinghe wandering-tale chain: a small, sympathetic figure whose problem is exactly the right size to be the player's first side-quest.
