Main antagonist of the Jinming Pool (Petalfall Banquet) Lost Chapter and one of WWM's most emotionally layered figures. Born during the Later Tang Tianjin Bridge Rebellion, her mother died defending her, leaving only a wooden kite that ultimately saved the infant's life. Found by General Li Yun and raised as his daughter under the name Yuan. When Zhao Kuangyin's Chenqiao Mutiny (960 AD) founded the Song, Li Yun refused to submit and prepared to rebel; sensing danger, he sent Yuan away under his ally Murong Yanzhao, who became her second adoptive father. A Mohist Hill disciple following her mother's mechanical art, she defected after a letter from her brother Li Shoujie claimed Murong Yanzhao had killed Li Yun. Commissioned by the Song court to rebuild the Sui Five-Toothed Warship to unify the South, she pursues vengeance through her engineering - until the truth of her two fathers' fractured fates breaks through, and she sabotages her own designs to prevent their misuse.
