Campaign-challenge variant of the Chapter 2 climax - repeatable God of Avarice fight after the main quest is cleared.

The player character - infant rescued by Uncle Jiang and raised by Aunt Han at Blissful Retreat. After Heaven's Pier falls, the Young Master becomes a wandering xiake whose true origin remains unknown.

Synopsis

After the Chapter 2 main quest of the same name is completed, the Furnace unlocks as a repeatable Campaign challenge - three-phase God of Avarice (staff + projectile escalation), with no story dialogue or branching choices. This is the canonical example of a main-story climax doubling as a Campaign farm node: the cinematic frame is paid out once in the main quest; the Campaign re-entry is combat-only.

Complete the Chapter 2 main-story Furnace of Righteousness quest.
Re-enter the Furnace from the Campaign tab.
Defeat God of Avarice across three phases.

Outcomes & Revelations

Repeatable God of Avarice fight - gear, cosmetics, upgrade materials.
No additional story progression (story payout occurs in the main quest).

Gameplay Notes
