Synopsis

One day, on the western plains of the Wei River, a sandstorm suddenly arose, blotting out the sky and sun. The next day, the storm ceased as abruptly, and when the people ventured out, they were astonished to see that over a dozen stone lions had appeared in the wheat fields. No one knows where the lions came from, or why they guard this place. This Jianghu Legacy quest lets players discover the history of the land and its people through a cinematic gameplay experience. The quest start area is located near the Lion Barrow Boundary Stone in Qinchuan Path. The paintings describe stories players experienced during Main Quests of the two previous Hexi regions-Jade Gate Pass and Liangzhou-including stills from cutscenes of Burlap Sack and Liangzhou Melody Quest Series with Paper Moon. Gameplay involves collecting embroidered balls: defeat every green ball enemy and return quest items to Stone Lion statues at quest markers. After all quest items are relocated inside the Stone Lions, a big Stone Lion statue appears. Players use Shadow Step prompts to pick up the Dreamtouch Brush and venture inside the big statue to explore underground sequences with fire traps and riddles.
