Master Pu is the 'Know-It-All' fortune-teller of Kaifeng's Entertainment District - an eccentric information broker who keeps shop at the district's theatre and trades in rumour, divination, and second-hand intelligence about the city's powers. He is introduced alongside Big Zhao during the protagonist's first Entertainment District encounter, positioned as the standing-information-vendor counterpart to Big Zhao's street-action role.Mechanically he is encountered repeatedly across Chapter 2 side and encounter content; narratively he is the Kaifeng equivalent of the village elder who knows everyone's business - a stable contact rather than a plot-driving character. He does not lead any quest chain on his own; he is the man you go see when you need to know who is doing what to whom.
